Our Privacy Policy
We know that the privacy of personal and business information is important to our clients. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customer information.
Non-Public Information We Collect
In order to prepare monthly accounting reports and financial statements required by our clients and the government, we collect certain non-public information from them. In particular, we collect the following kinds of data:
- Personal information such as names, addresses, phone and social security numbers.
- Business information including sales customer lists, payroll and other proprietary information.
- Financial information from third parties such as banks and government agencies, that shows assets and outstanding obligations.
Information Security
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural security measures to safe guard this non-public information. Access to such information is restricted to those employees who are trained in the proper handling of client information.
Information We Disclose
Affiliated and non-affiliated third parties are given information only upon the clients express authorization. For example, we prepare tax returns and accounting reports for federal, state and local authorities that we will forward to the appropriate agency only with specific approval and instructions from the client.
Our Commitment
This privacy policy takes effect as soon as you are our client. Because privacy is important to us all, we pledge to work to protect and safeguard the security of all non-public customer information.
Our Fees
Our services are bundled as one low monthly fee with no hidden or special charges. Fees are based on the number of transactions per month including bank accounts items such as checks, deposits, debits, and credits. If we prepare monthly sales reports this is also part of the basis. We do not bill by the hour. The fees will be determined up front before any commitment is made. Unlimited consultation and tax filings are included. In addition, we charge a setup fee of $250 and reasonable fees on back work based on the same criteria as the monthly fees.
